All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received via our website or authorized booking channels.
Users may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked time slot.
No refunds will be given in the event of a no-show (i.e., failure to arrive at the scheduled booking time).
Late arrivals will result in reduced playtime. The slot will end at the originally booked time and will not be extended or refunded.
In case SkySports has to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, maintenance, technical issues), the user will be offered a rescheduled slot or a full refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 3–5 business days and may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
