All bookings must be made in advance via our website or authorized counters.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are non-refundable unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the booking time.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.
No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking slot.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime without compensation.
Your slot ends exactly at the booked time, regardless of late arrival.
Appropriate sportswear and shoes must be worn.
No abusive language, physical altercations, or misconduct will be tolerated.
Users must follow the instructions of the facility staff at all times.
SkySports is not responsible for any personal injuries or loss/damage of belongings.
Participants play at their own risk.
Food and beverages (except water) are not allowed on the courts.
Any damage to the facility or equipment will be charged to the user.
Smoking, alcohol, or drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
SkySports reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual not complying with these terms.
